❓What kind of products do you sell?

Spiritually Shocked Shop is a portal for sacred visuals and emotional connections. We sell printed apparel and goods for souls who aren’t fully here but still want everything to look cute.

❓Are your products handmade?

Our designs are original and created in-house. The products themselves are made and shipped by a trusted production partner, using high-quality materials. Every piece is made on demand — just for you.

❓Where do orders ship from?

Products are printed and shipped from different fulfillment centers depending on your location — mainly the US, UK, or Europe. This means faster shipping and less environmental impact.

Note: Some orders may arrive in separate packages if they include multiple items.

❓How long will my order take?

Production time: 2–5 business days.
Shipping time:

  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • US: 7–12 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

You’ll get a tracking number once your order is shipped.

❓Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, but not in a teleportation kind of way. Our products are printed and shipped on demand from Germany (OPT On Demand, big shoutout).

We currently ship across most of Europe, and a few global portals. If your country doesn’t show up at checkout, it might mean you’re too far from our printer’s reach… or from this dimension. Either way, send us a message via the contact form and we’ll try to open a portal for you.

❓Can I return or exchange a product?

Since all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for sizing issues, color changes, or buyer’s remorse. Therefore, we beg you to make sure your order is right before proceeding to payment.

We only offer refunds or replacements if an item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, with clear photos of the issue.

❓Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, production begins and we can’t stop it. If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best.

❓My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

Check your tracking link first. If it shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  • Ask neighbors, building staff, or your local post office

❓What payment methods do you accept?

Right now, we only accept PayPal. We’re a new brand and we prefer to keep things secure (for both you and us). PayPal allows you to pay using your balance, bank account, or credit/debit card — even if you don’t have a PayPal account in some countries.

❓I don’t have a PayPal account. Can I still place an order?

Yes — in most countries, you don’t need to create a PayPal account to pay.

Just click “Checkout with PayPal” and then choose “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” at the bottom of the login screen.

❓Why don’t you accept credit cards directly?

We’re a small spiritual operation and still floating between dimensions. For now, PayPal is the safest and most efficient way for us to process payments worldwide. But we’ll expand soon — we promise! ✨

❓Is my payment information safe?

Absolutely. We never see or store your payment info. All transactions are securely processed through PayPal’s encrypted system. We take your data and your energetic boundaries seriously.
